We invite applications for a Research Scientist for operating and further development of the three-axis spectrometer PUMA managed by the University Göttingen, IPC, Prof. Götz Eckold. Responsibilities include cooperation with visiting researchers, conducting experiments and development of experimental equipment for the high flux three-axis-spectrometer Puma. The incumbents are expected to perform their own independent research in collaboration with the IPC, taking advantage of the wide range of neutron instrumentation available at the FRM II. The appointment will initially be limited to three years with the possibility of extension. The Technische Universität München is an equal opportunity employer.
